Many retailers like to add a free product as an incentive to join.  Here is how you add 10 free prints for new members:

1. In Lab 50, go to **Store Management > Product Catalog**. Click on **Purchase Plans**

2. Make a new one (the +New button is above the yellow folder list) with your free products and set the price to $0. Make sure the "Allow customers to purchase this plan" is not checked. **Save.**

(Note, you can make other pre-paid plans that customers can buy too... a nice way to sell some products up-front!)

3. Back in the yellow folder list, go into **Membership Plans.** If you already have your membership plan set up, open it...if not, create one.

4. Under the **Promotions** tab, check the "Include a pre-paid plan" box, and select the plan you created. **Save.** This gives the customer a credit in their account for 10 free prints...next time they order, their first 10 4x6s will be free!

You can have different types of memberships and different promos associated with them...get creative!
